This house on a family farm takes advantage of the beautiful views of the surrounding countryside.
As is often the case with traditional rural dwellings, this house has its gable to the road. The front of the house faces south east towards the rolling hills. The overall area of the house is split into three volumes, creating a more modest looking dwelling and providing the desired additional accommodation at ground floor level while having a more compact first floor. The house is made up of simple forms and materials are used to define each volume.
